We’ve got some changes coming up at Topaz with a beautiful new menu that holds firm to our traditions of creating the finest classic French food while also creating space for some more modern and dynamic dishes. We’ll have a lot more information on that for you very soon, but in the meantime you won’t want to miss out on this month’s Chef’s Suggestions for a tantalising taste of what is to come.
And you may also notice a discreet little make-over in our branding, with an elegant, fresh new logo inspired by the peaceful garden and proud Banyan Tree at Topaz. This new look is a reflection of our desire for simplicity, refinement and a clean, green environment. I hope you like it.
